Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 /2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp butters
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. 2. Chop vegetables
  3. 3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper
  4. 4. Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet
  5. 5. Sauté vegetables until soft
  6. 6. Pour egg mixture over vegetables
  7. 7. Sprinkle cheese on top
  8. 8. Cook on stovetop for 2-3 minutes
  9. 9. Transfer to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes
